My little feets

This is a very well-constructed shot (as well as a very cute one <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s…" width="15" height="15" alt="" title=" (Smile)" />). The plain black background not only lets the viewer devote his attention to the subject of the feet, but it also develops a very strong and effective contrast with the light tones of the skin. I also like that the feet themselves have a substantial amount of variance in tone. Great lighting!
You struck a great balance here between softening the picture and keeping the definition of the texture of the feet. Awesome composition, too! Great placement and just enough negative space.
Overall, a simple and beautiful photograph!
